| Chickens! Brian is the Director of Campus Kitchens as Augsburg. Campus Kitchens is a program that takes all the food that students do not eat during the day and repackages it to deliver it to area shelters - very cool program! Because of this Brian is very mindful of food, hence owning chickens which provide organic eggs. Aidan loves all animals so of course he was thrilled to meet new feathered friends. |
Aidan started new Monday childcare this week. Brian Noy (his new Manny) is a colleague of mine who is home on Monday's with his three year old daughter, Olivia. Aidan had a great first day and we are very happy with the new arrangement.
